1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing localgapsai.com, submitting the free audit request form, or purchasing a subscription, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and AI Evolution Services, a business operated by Roger Ramey ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or submit any information through it. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2 Services Provided

The Hidden Location Gaps AI Agent provides the following services to local business owners and operators:

• Geo-Grid Ranking Analysis — Scanning your business's Google Maps position across a grid of geographic points to determine where you rank for target keywords from different locations within your service area
• Revenue Opportunity Calculation — Modeling the estimated monthly revenue difference between your current ranking position and top-ranked positions based on call volume, click-through rate data, and market estimates
• Competitor Intelligence — Identifying businesses outranking you and analyzing publicly visible ranking factors
• Keyword Opportunity Mapping — Identifying high-value search terms in your market and estimating their revenue impact
• AI-Generated Action Plans — Specific, prioritized recommendations for improving your Google Maps ranking based on analysis results
• Monthly Progress Reports — Ongoing tracking of your ranking positions and revenue opportunity over time

All analyses are based on publicly available Google Maps data and standard local SEO modeling techniques. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Google LLC.

3 Free Revenue Audit

We offer a complimentary initial revenue audit to prospective clients. The following terms apply:

• The free audit is limited to one audit per business entity. Requests for multiple free audits for the same business using different contact information are not permitted.
• The free audit is provided for informational purposes only. It does not create a client relationship, service agreement, or any obligation on either party.
• We reserve the right to decline free audit requests at our discretion, including requests that appear to be submitted in bad faith or by competitors.
• Results of the free audit are confidential and prepared specifically for the requesting business. Redistribution without permission is not permitted.
• The free audit is delivered by email within approximately 48 hours of submission. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

4 Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Plans

Paid services are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis at the following rates:

• The Essentials (T1) — $297/month
• The Expansion (T2) — $497/month
• The Authority (T3) — $750/month
• The Dominator (T4) — $1,000/month

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales or use taxes, which you are responsible for where required by law.

Billing Cycle

Your first payment is due at the time of enrollment. Subsequent payments are due on the same calendar day each month ("Billing Date"). If a Billing Date falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be processed on the next business day.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 7 days before your next Billing Date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each Billing Date until cancellation.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice (via email) before any price increase takes effect for active subscriptions. Continued subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation penalties. To cancel:

• Email roger@localgapsai.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line
• Include your business name and the email address on your account
• We will confirm cancellation within 2 business days

Cancellations received at least 7 days before your next Billing Date will prevent the next charge. Cancellations received within 7 days of the next Billing Date may result in one additional charge, after which no further charges will occur.

Upon cancellation, you retain access to your service and reports through the end of the current paid period. After that date, access to the dashboard and new reports will cease, but you may retain any report PDFs or analyses previously delivered to you.

6 Refund Policy — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

How the Guarantee Works

• The 30-day period begins on the date your first subscription payment is processed.
• To claim your refund, email roger@localgapsai.com any time within those 30 days. No explanation is needed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of your request.
• The guarantee applies to your first billing period only. Renewals after the first 30 days are non-refundable unless covered by the exceptions below.

Refunds After the Initial 30-Day Period

After the guarantee window closes, subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• We fail to deliver your monthly report within 14 days after the scheduled delivery date due solely to our error
• A technical error on our part results in materially incorrect or corrupted data that we cannot correct within 7 business days of notification
• You are charged after a valid cancellation confirmation was issued to you

How to Request a Refund

Email roger@localgapsai.com with your business name, the amount charged, and the date of charge. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

7 Revenue Disclaimer and Projections

How Revenue Estimates Are Calculated

Our revenue opportunity calculations are derived from a model that combines:

• Estimated local search volume for target keywords in your market
• Statistical click-through rates by Google Maps ranking position
• Industry-average call conversion rates
• Client-provided or industry-average job values

These inputs are estimates drawn from publicly available research, industry benchmarks, and proprietary modeling. Actual results will vary.

No Guarantee of Ranking Improvements

We do not guarantee that following our action plans will result in any specific improvement to your Google Maps ranking position. Google's ranking algorithms are proprietary, frequently updated, and respond to hundreds of factors beyond our control, including:

• Competitor actions and optimizations
• Google algorithm updates
• Changes to your Google Business Profile
• Review volume, recency, and sentiment
• Proximity factors and geographic changes
• Industry-specific ranking signals

No Guarantee of Revenue or Business Outcomes

Even if your ranking improves, we make no guarantee regarding actual revenue increases, call volume changes, client acquisition, or any other business outcome. Revenue from improved rankings depends on factors entirely within your business operations, including call handling, pricing, service quality, and conversion rates, none of which we control.

Examples Are Illustrative Only

Any dollar amounts shown on our website (such as "$18,400/month opportunity" or similar figures) are hypothetical examples used for illustrative purposes only. They are not representations that any specific client has achieved or will achieve those results. Past analysis results for other clients do not guarantee similar results for your business.

Not Financial or Legal Advice

Our service provides marketing analytics and local SEO analysis. Nothing in our service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making significant business decisions based on our reports.

8 Client Responsibilities

To receive our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information. Submit truthful and complete information about your business, including correct business name, category, location, and contact details. Inaccurate information may result in inaccurate analysis.
• Ownership/authority. Only submit businesses you own, operate, or have explicit authority to represent. Submitting competitor businesses or businesses you do not represent is prohibited.
• Lawful use. Use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our analysis or reports to engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
• No reverse engineering. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or replicate our methodology, software, or ranking analysis system.
• Account security. Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if you materially breach these responsibilities.

9 Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Hidden Location Gaps AI Agent software, geo-grid scanning methodology, revenue calculation models, ranking analysis algorithms, website design, and all associated technology and content are the exclusive intellectual property of AI Evolution Services. All rights reserved.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and receive reports for your own business purposes.

Your Reports

Reports, analyses, and action plans we generate specifically for your business ("Client Deliverables") are licensed to you for use within your own business. You may share Client Deliverables internally with your employees and advisors. You may not sell, sublicense, publicly publish, or distribute Client Deliverables without our written consent.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Evolution Services disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of ranking data, revenue projections, or competitor analysis
• Warranties that following our recommendations will achieve any particular outcome

Google Maps ranking data is retrieved from third-party sources and is subject to their availability, accuracy, and terms of service. We are not responsible for data errors originating from external sources.

11 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AI EVOLUTION SERVICES, ROGER RAMEY, OR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR:

• Lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or lost data
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Damages arising from reliance on revenue projections or ranking estimates that did not materialize
• Business decisions made based on our reports or analyses
• Any interruption or discontinuation of the service

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

12 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Evolution Services, Roger Ramey, and our contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your use of the service in violation of applicable law
• Inaccurate or misleading information you provided to us
• Your violation of any third party's rights

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

If you are located outside the United States, you agree that the laws of the United States govern these Terms and any dispute arising from them, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14 Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution First

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at roger@localgapsai.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the issue informally. We take all concerns seriously and are committed to fair resolution.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration service under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits.

Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against AI Evolution Services. Claims must be brought individually.

15 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect

Your continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
