Formspree (Form Processing)

When you submit the contact form, your data is transmitted to Formspree, Inc. (formspree.io) which processes form submissions on our behalf. Formspree receives the fields you submit (name, business, email, phone, category, city) and forwards them to us by email. Formspree acts as a data processor under our instruction. Google Fonts CDN

This website loads the "Inter" and "Plus Jakarta Sans" typefaces from Google's font delivery network (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests these fonts, Google's servers receive your IP address and browser user-agent as part of a standard HTTP request. DreamHost (Web Hosting)

This website is hosted by DreamHost, LLC. DreamHost's servers process all HTTP requests to localgapsai.com, which includes your IP address and standard browser headers in server access logs. Review DreamHost's privacy policy at dreamhost.com/legal/privacy-policy.

No Other Third Parties

We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok tracking, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other behavioral advertising or analytics services.

5 Data Retention

We retain personal information submitted through the contact form for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion or we are required to retain it longer under applicable law.

Active client data (name, business, email, billing records) is retained for the duration of the service relationship plus 7 years as required for business and tax record-keeping purposes.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing roger@localgapsai.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm in writing.

6 Email Communications & CAN-SPAM Compliance

By submitting the audit request form, you consent to receiving the following types of emails from roger@localgapsai.com:

• Your requested geo-grid revenue audit report
• Follow-up questions and clarifications related to your audit
• Service-related announcements if you become a paying client

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all commercial emails we send will:
